Customer service questions should be directed to hpstore@pxpsolutions.com. Emails are answered during normal business hours and usually by the end of the first business day after receipt. If applicable, be sure to reference your order number.

Please note that you will receive an order confirmation to your email address after placing your order. If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation, please email hpstore@pxpsolutions.com and let us know that you did not receive confirmation.  We will research your order and confirm receipt.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact hpstore@pxpsolutions.com for assistance. Merchandise to be returned must be in the condition received with RMA number clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of order. You must include a copy of your order confirmation when returning or exchanging merchandise. Return freight is the responsibility of the consumer unless it is due to defective product or an incorrect item(s) was received.

You will be notified via email when you return has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. Shipping is not refundable. Please note that it is possible that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received. If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund can be issued.
